Review cards01

What do Burn Gummy customers say?

Waiting for verified buyers. Yellow marks show where real details will go.

We have no verified customer reviews to print. The cards below hold the vendor's customer photos with every name, city, date, rating and quote left as a fill-in slot, so no figure or quote is made up. Each slot shows a yellow mark until a real detail replaces it, and the rating summary stays empty for the same reason. This is deliberate and it will be removed only when verified details exist.

Our rule02

Why are there no ratings or quotes here?

The brief that came with this site contained sample ratings, a review count and named customers. We did not publish any of them, because we could not match them to orders, and publishing unverified testimonials as real would break the FTC's rule against fake reviews and testimonials. (FTC, fake-review rule)

When a review is matched to a real order and the buyer agrees, the details go into the slots and the card is marked verified. Only then do the rating summary and its schema markup appear. Until then the site says so plainly, in the footer and on the review cards, and the review cards stay marked as slots so nobody mistakes them for finished testimonials. We would rather show an honest gap than a polished fiction.

The sales page03

What does the sales page say about reviews?

The sales page says “Thousands of 5-Star Reviews” and “1M+ Gummies shipped”. (Burn Gummy sales page) Neither names a review platform, a date or a total, so the claims cannot be checked. A shipping count in particular says nothing about whether customers were satisfied.

How to judge reviews04

How can you tell whether reviews are real?

The FTC suggests considering the source, comparing reviews across several sites, being wary of sudden bursts and checking reviewer history, and it notes that fake reviews can look genuine. (FTC, Evaluating online reviews) Applied to any supplement:

  • Read the three-star reviews first; they are the hardest to fake and the most specific.
  • Be suspicious of identical phrases, perfect scores and reviews that mention only the brand slogan.
  • Look for people who describe problems and how the seller handled them.
  • Remember that a review describes one person's experience, not an effect. The FDA's list of health-fraud signs includes personal testimonials. (FDA, 6 Tip-offs to Rip-offs)

Other sites05

What about Trustpilot, Reddit or the BBB?

Searches for Burn Gummy reviews, complaints and scam questions lead to many sites. We have not found a rating or complaint count we could verify, and we will not repeat numbers from memory. Read them yourself, applying the checks above.

Note that the brand name is generic: several unrelated gummies carry similar names, and a few sites publish pages that mix them. Match any review to the ingredients on the label here: chromium, berberine and cinnamon bark extract, 30 gummies a jar. Our celebrity ads check covers the other common source of confusion.

Share your experience06

Can you send us your own review?

Yes. Write to [email protected] with your order ID, the pack you bought and what you noticed, good or bad. We contact buyers by order ID before anything is published, and we include critical reviews. The website inbox cannot see orders, so for refunds call +1 (855) 482-1597.

If you had a serious reaction, report it to the FDA as well. (FDA, Report a Supplement Problem)

Reading reviews07

How should you read a review of any supplement, including later ones here?

Look for specifics instead of enthusiasm: how long the person took it, what else changed, what they measured and whether they mention a downside. Be wary of reviews that sound alike, appear in bursts or promise a result no product can. The FTC rule on fake reviews treats invented testimonials as an unfair practice, and the same rule is why we keep the ratings area empty until verified entries exist. When it fills, we will show the criticism with the praise.

FAQ09

Burn Gummy reviews: questions

Are Burn Gummy reviews real?

We publish none until they are matched to a real order. The sales page's 'thousands of 5-star reviews' names no source.

What is the Burn Gummy rating?

We do not show a rating. A number we cannot trace to real customers would be an invented one.

Why do the review cards have yellow marks?

The marks show fill-in slots. Names, cities, ratings and quotes appear only after a verified order match.

Are the people in the review photos real customers?

The vendor supplied the photos as customer photos. We could not verify the people, so the cards are slots and say the photo was supplied by the vendor.

Is Burn Gummy a scam?

We found a working sales page, a label and a refund policy, and no verified manufacturer name. See our celebrity ads check and testing page for what is unconfirmed.

How do I report a fake review or fake ad?

Report fake reviews or ads at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and report product reactions to the FDA.
